| Cancellation Policy | |
| CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED IN WRITING BY AUGUST 15, 2002 are eligible for refunds (less a $50.00 service charge). AFTER AUGUST 15, 2002, cancellations will be accepted but not refunded. Registrants who cancel after this date or do not attend the conference forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions, including those made on site, are allowed with the written permission from the original registrant. | |
