Since there are only Nine positions and three candidates have obtained equal number of votes it has become necessary to conduct a run-off election to select one out of these three, unless one of them chooses to withdraw from the run-off election.
If the run-off election is to be held, I am requesting the ED Mr. Kavi Arasan to make arrangements for the run-off election the same way as done for the main EC Election.
