Membership Annual Dues for INFITT Members: Group classification

As an international organization INFITT has its members composed of Tamils living in different parts of the world where the standard for living varies significantly.
To have some social justice, annual Membership dues for INFITT is based on the purchase power parity of various countries.

INFITT Membership dues are based on the country of residence and not on the nationality of the Member.

Those who are living in countries listed under Category A will pay regular dues as fixed periodically by the INFITT Ex. Committee.
Those living in countries listed under Category B will pay half of the dues fixed for category A.
Current (2004) annual dues for individual members of INFITT:
US$ 50 for those based in coutries of Category A and
US$25 for those of residing in countries of category B.

Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) in international dollar values
(equivalent to Gross National Income (GNI) per capita values)
for various countries for year 2000 as per World Bank estimates.
