உலகத் தமிழ்த் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப மன்றம் (உத்தமம்) 24 சூலை 2000 முதல் இயங்கி வருகின்றது.
இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கொருமுறை உத்தமம் தன் அலுவலர் குழுவையும், செயற் குழு உறுப்பினர்களையும்
தேர்தல் மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கின்றது. 20012-2013க்கான உத்தமத்தின் அலுவலர் குழு மற்றும் செயற் குழு
தேர்தல் முடிவுகள் பின்வருமாறு.
இக்குழுக்கள் 2012-2013க்கான உத்தமத்தின் பணிகளை வழி நடத்தும்.

அரசு சார்பற்ற அமைப்பு. தமிழ்த் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப வல்லுநர்கள் கலந்து
செயல்படப் பல செயற்குழுக்களை அமைத்துள்ளோம். தகவல் தொழில் நுட்ப
வல்லுநர்களை ப்ல புதிய தொழில்நுட்ப வளங்களையும் தரங்களையும் உருவாக்க
உத்தமத்தில் இணைந்து செயலாற்ற அழைக்கிறோம்.

INFITT was established since 24 July 2000. Its Executive committee and office bearers
are elected every 2 years The elected office bearers and members of the Executive Committee
for 2012- 2013 are as follows:-

உத்தமம் அமைப்பின் 2011-ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான மூன்றாம் கட்ட தேர்தல் போட்டியின்றி முடிவற்றுள்ளது
மகிழ்ச்சியுடன் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கின்றேன். வரப்பெற்ற மனுத்தாக்கல்களின் பேரில் கீழ்க்காணும்
முடிவுகள் அறிவிக்கப்படுகின்றன;

இவர்கள் போட்டியின்றி தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்கள்.
இத்துடன் உத்தமம் அமைப்பின் 2011-ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான தேர்தல் முடிவிற்கு வருகின்றது.
தேர்தல் சிறப்புடன் நிறைவுற துணைபுரிந்த தேர்வுக்குழு உறுப்பினர்கள், உத்தமம் அமைப்பின்
உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் எனது உளம் நிறைந்த நன்றியைத்தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கின்றேன்.
வெற்றிபெற்றுள்ள அனைவருக்கும் எனது உளம் கனிந்த வாழ்த்துக்கள்.
உத்தம் அமைப்பு தமிழ்த்தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பத்தை மேம்படுத்தவே உருவாக்கப்பட்டது.

Chief Returning Officer
INFITT 2011
Dear Members of INFITT:
INFITT was formed for a good cause. For some reason or other, most of the pioneers of INFITT are not in INFITT today. I wish that we should create an environment to revive the status and bring back the left stalwarts into INFITT back. With a hope to achieve this I have accepted to be the Chief Returning Officer for INFITT Elections 2011. I am happy that the other Returning officers Mr.Iramki and Dr.Deivasundaram are also of the same view. Let us work together.
The term of the present Executive Committee (EC) and General Council (GC) is coming to end by December 2011 and hence a new team to be elected to lead the organization.
We are planning to proceed with the election process from 20th November 2011. Before that date I request that the current members in the GB to confirm the validity of their membership and mobilize to motivate others to join INFITT. I am attaching the active membership list with this mail. If you find any name missing kindly inform me.
I propose to organize the election in 3 phases.
Phase I: Elections to 51 member General council.
All the members of INFITT who have no dues to INFITT are eligible to contest and to vote.
Schedule of Election:
November 20 -26: Call for Nominations to GC.
November 27: Last date for withdrawal of nominations if any
November 28-30: Polling if necessary
December 1: Announcement of the list of members elected to new GC
Phase II: Elections to 9 members EC: All the members of newly elected GC are eligible to contest and vote
December 2-8: Call for nominations to EC
December 9: Last Date for withdrawals of nominations to EC
December 10-13- : Polling if necessary
December 15: Announcement of list of members of new EC
Phase III: Election of Office-bearers: All the newly elected EC members are eligible to contest and vote.
December 17-21 Call for nominations
December 22 Last date for withdrawals
December 24-31 Polling if necessary
January 1 : Announcement of new office bearers.
All polls, where needed will be conducted electronically and process will be sent in email by ED
